Why I Started Kuls Fitness

After becoming a mum, I found it hard to make time for myself without being apart from my baby. My husband and I understood how important it is for mums to feel strong, supported, and connected without having to choose between self-care and time with their little ones. That’s why we started
Kuls Fitness – a warm, welcoming space where mums can work out, bond with their babies, and be part of a supportive community. It’s more than fitness – it’s about feeling like you again.
